KEYSTONE OPPORTUNITY CENTER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TAPPED FOR FEDERAL POSITION
Dunleavy & Associates Hired To Place Interim Executive Director and Conduct Search for Successor

Keystone Opportunity Center’s Executive Director since 2017, Arlene Daily, has been selected by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to join the team at the Philadelphia Regional Office of Community Planning and Development. Daily will continue the community impact she had at Keystone as she takes on the role of liaison to eastern Pennsylvania HUD grantees addressing housing and economic issues for individuals with low to moderate incomes.

“We are sad to be losing Arlene as she has been a wonderful leader and has accomplished ever so much in her tenure as Executive Director,” said Trish Sneddon, President of the Board of Directors of Keystone Opportunity Center. “She has led the organization through some challenging times, both financially and operationally, and we have emerged much stronger, thanks to Arlene. We know she will be just as successful in her new role as she has been with us.”

Keystone’s Board of Directors has contracted with Dunleavy & Associates, a highly reputable professional services firm that provides a wide range of services and support to nonprofits, including interim leadership and executive searches. Keystone’s new Interim Director will be Marta Rubin Kiesling, whose background includes serving as an attorney in a large firm, and as an executive director or board member for a number of nonprofits. She will begin the leadership transition process with Arlene on February 21.

“I’m grateful to the Board and Staff at Keystone Opportunity Center for having faith in me through these years. Keystone Opportunity Center is an amazing organization based in a very loving community which feels a call of duty to aid their neighbors. I will definitely miss this place,” said Daily.
