Keystone’s Food Pantry serves over 250 qualified households of Souderton Area School District as a monthly food resource.
Our food pantry is supported by donations from local churches, service groups, families and individuals. All of our food is to benefit those in our community in need.

 

Our Food Pantry Uses SmartChoice Food Pantry Software

Online client ordering, onsite kiosk and supermarket style shopping, dynamic real-time inventory management, and comprehensive flexible reporting

Food Pantry Information

Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 10 AM – 2 PM, 1st Thursday of the Month 10 AM – 2 PM and 4 PM – 6 PM

We Service the Souderton Area School District ONLY

You may receive food one time a month, and it will be food for 5-7 days

 

New Pantry Neighbors

Please visit our location during pantry hours to register in person. You must bring a photo ID, and proof of residence (Utility Bill or Lease). Expect pantry registration and first food pick-up to take 30-45 minutes. You will be able to leave with food for 5-7 days after registration.

 

Online Ordering Instructions (For CURRENT Pantry Neighbors ONLY)

Pickups are 11-4pm, Tuesday-Thursday. Orders must be scheduled the day before pickup, but not more than one day in advance.

We need items for those who are dealing with housing and food insecurity

Housing Clients Need:

  • Silverware/Flatware
  • Pots/Pans
  • Vacuums (bagless only)
  • Brooms, Dust pans
  • Buckets, plungers, cleaning supplies
  • Sheets/Blankets/Pillows (new/in original packaging only)
  • Personal Care Items (shampoo, razors, toothpaste, body wash, deodorant, feminine hygiene products)

Food Pantry Clients Need:

  • Fresh Produce: apples, oranges, bananas, carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, bags of lettuce
  • Cereal & Oatmeal
  • Pancake Mix (complete)
  • Pancake Syrup
  • Meals in a Can: spaghettios w/meatballs, ravioli, beefaroni
  • Baked Beans
  • Canned meats: tuna, chicken, ham, salmon
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Canned Fruit in juice
  • Condiments: ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and oil
  • Sugar (1 lb.box or 5 lb. bags)
  • *Laundry Soap
  • *Paper Towels
  • *Toilet Paper
  • * (These are items cannot be purchased with SNAP (food stamps)
  • Gluten Free, Sugar Free and Low/No Sodium Products (for families with special dietary needs)

We do not accept adult incontinence products, adult diapers, baby food, or medical supplies.

We ask that you please check the expiration dates on all donated items.

The BEST donation you can give is a monetary donation! That allows us to provide exactly what is required for those who are in need. Please make checks payable to Keystone Opportunity Center and write “donation” on the Memo line.  Or to save time, donate Online.
