Keystone is excited to be once again hosting the 2017 SleepOut 4 Hunger and Homelhttps://keystoneopportunity.org/2017-sleepout-student-info/essness on Friday, November 3rd and Saturday morning, November 4th. If you are a student and your group is attending the event you this page is especially for you. Please click on the following links to download information sheets and share link with individuals that would like to donate to your fundraising efforts. We are excited to have you attending the event and know you will learn a lot and have a great time.
Parent Permission Form – One of the requirements of the event is that every student fill out a Parent Permission Form and have it signed by your parents. You can download the form by clicking on the icon here. Please print out the form, have your parents sign it and give it to your youth leader. No student will be allowed to attend the event with out a completed Parent Permission Form. So make sure to get this form signed and to your youth leader as soon as possible.
Student Fundraising Form – Keystone works with our local neighbors struggling with food, housing, and literacy challenges. Our event goal is $40,000 to help make sure those struggling in our local area have the help they need. Each participant is asked to raise at least $125 in donations/pledges. Please click on the purple icon to download your Student Fundraising Form to track your donations.
Fundraising Letter/Email Template – Thank you so much for being willing to help Keystone provide services for those that are struggling with food, housing, and literacy challenges. The donations you raise from your friends and family are an integral part of reaching our 2017 SleepOut for Hunger and Homelessness fundraising goal of $40,000. Please click on the gray icon to download a pdf of a template you can use for emailing or sending letters to your family and friends.
Your friends and family can donate to Keystone in two easy ways: by check or online donation. For either method your friends will need the name of your SleepOut Group (Name of church or other group) so please make sure to share this with them in your email/letter.
The first way to donate is using Keystone’s Event Donating Online Page. Click on the pink Event Donating Online icon to donate. You can also share this link with your friends and family for donating. https://keystoneopportunity.org/donatesleepout/
The second way for your friends and family to donate is to send a check to Keystone Opportunity Center. Check Payment, please make check payable to Keystone Opportunity Center. (Please write “Group Reg. 2017 SOHH” in the memo line of the check)
