We seek to fight housing insecurity and provide safe, affordable housing. We strive to combat food insecurity by providing nutritional food. And we provide educational classes for adults that will lead to self-sufficiency.

Community Case Management

Assisted 3,150 local adults and families with Case Management Assistance, including 1,586 Spanish speaking families through our Bi-Lingual Community Assistance Coordinator

Education

Educated 554 students across Souderton, Lansdale, Willow Grove, Norristown and remotely

15 students achieved high school equivalency

23 students became U.S. citizens

Our volunteers donated 8,842 hours of their time toward service the community!
