Welcome Aboard sessions provide an orientation that covers all of the available services at Pennsylvania CareerLink. This is the first step for all CareerLink customers and to use any CareerLink services. A CareerLink staff person will conduct an initial chairside assessment to review each person’s individual situation, and how CareerLink services could help. If the person is interested in taking the next step, their information will be gathered to schedule a visit to a CareerLink office (in Norristown) for assessment and appointment with a Career Coach.
