You may qualify for a rebate up to $650 Renter and $975 Homeowner!

HOMEOWNERS -must have paid property taxes prior to applying.

INCOME LIMIT: $35,000**( Note: ½ of Soc. Security income is excluded)

 

RENTERS-must verify their landlords were required to pay property taxes
or made payments in lieu of preoperty taxes on the rental.

INCOME LIMIT: $15,000**( Note: ½ of Soc. Security income is excluded)

OTHER QUALIFERS:
*Are you or spouse at least 65 yrs. (as of 12/31/17)?
OR
*Were you a Widow/Widower during all or part of 2017 and 50+yrs. of age?
OR
*Were you permanently disabled during all or part of year – 18 + yrs of age?
