Keystone Opportunity Center (KOC), located in Souderton, Pennsylvania, is searching for a new Executive Director due to the recent retirement of the previous Director.   KOC is a social services agency in Souderton, PA.  It has a multi-faceted presence in the community addressing food and housing insecurity and adult literacy.

The ideal candidate will emphasize the internal management of KOC balanced with the need to implement its agenda in the community.  Accordingly, executive functions such as change management, program oversight and grant administration are critical.

A qualified candidate will have experience in progressive management responsibilities including leadership roles.  Such experience in organizations providing social services would be desirable.

This position reports directly to the Board of Directors of KOC and requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
