2017 Holiday Sharing Donation Form

Keystone Opportunity Center would like to thank you for your willingness to donate to our families through the Keystone Holiday Sharing Program. It is a blessing to have community members take such an active role in providing support for our neighbors who are facing challenges and in need of help. Thank you for partnering with us to make sure these community members have a Happy Holiday Season.  Please fill out the information to help us plan for gifts that will be donated.

Donation Schedule and Location:
For your convenience household items, gift cards, and monetary donations may be dropped off at:

Keystone Opportunity Center, 104 N. Main St, Souderton, PA 18964
Monday, November 27th from 9 am until 4 pm
Tuesday, November 28^th from 9 am until 4 pm
Thursday, November 30^th from 5 pm until 7 pm
